Ingredients:

  • 3 3/4 cups of chopped seedless watermelon
  • 2 Tbsp. of lime juice
  • 1-2 Tbsp. of sugar
  • 1 cup of fresh blueberries

Preparation:

  • In blender or food processor, puree watermelon, lime juice and sugar to taste until smooth.
  • Divide blueberries among freezer-pop molds. Top with watermelon mixture.
  • Insert the sticks and freeze for about 6 hours, until completely firm.
  • Dip molds briefly in hot water before unmolding.
  • Make Ahead Tip: Freeze for up to 3 weeks. | Equipment: Ten 3-ounce (or similar-size) freezer-pop molds
