I’ve been making this dish for about a year and it is a favorite in our family. Sometimes i add a couple of sliced chicken/apple sausages. Now, my daughter is in her first apartment and called (texted) to ask me to find the utube video where i learned to cook Baked Ziti. Here it is – a second generation begins. . .

Too much cheese, and being that I LOVE cheese that’s saying a lot. There’s such thing as too much of a good thing. In addition, why even bother with whole wheat pasta if you’re just gonna dump on a pound of cheese on top of it? It’s like washing down a Big Mac and fries with a diet Coke. Making it diet won’t change a lot. Besides, whole wheat pasta tastes like crap.

Also, that’s like at least $10 of cheese right there. Parmigiano-reggiano is like $15 a pound!

the correct ginny way would be ricawta and also the way he says mozzerella would be mootzarella like you would say boots
