Strawberry Daiquiri Dessert
This frozen fruit dessert is so easy to prepare and healthy. Scoop a refreshing mango sorbet into a glass and pour this strawberry mix around it, garnish with lime zest to create this an elegant dessert for a summer dinner party.

- 2 cups of strawberries, hulled
- 1/2 cup of powdered sugar
- 1/3 cup of dark rum
- 1/4 cup of lime juice
- 1 1/2 cups of mango sorbet
- Lime zest as garnish
- To make daiquiri mixture: In blender container, combine strawberries, powdered sugar, rum and lime juice. Cover and blend until smooth.
- Divide sorbet among 6 dessert dishes. Pour daiquiri mixture around sorbet, then garnish each serving with lime zest. Enjoy.
