How keen is your sense of smell?
A single factor I Really like about morning runs is passing by a particular person on their way to work giving off the beautiful scents of a clean shower, a spritz of perfume or a splash of aftershave. Nothin’ like a clean-smelling human!
Other smells I noticed on my run today:
Sizzling bacon
Laundry detergent x3
Marijuana (not kidding!)
Sulfury eggs
Honeysuckle
Smelly trash cans x10!
Back at house, I dove into a bowlful of berries!!
Plain yogurt topped with chia seeds, banana, rasp + blue berries and large clusters of raw Tropical granola coming to an OpenSky e mail close to you this week! It’s like granola meets Larabar – very scrumptious.
Yesterday’s coffee!! I completely want to make more massive pots at as soon as and conserve them for iced coffee.
Headed to function!
