1) As for how much juice you should drink, it should be as much as YOUR body “asks” for each day! No day will be the same! For example, 2 juices would be better than 1, but 1 juice is always better than no juice at all!

This looks really nasty since i dont like carrots BUT, im not 5 years old. I want to start eating and drinking healthy while also building muscle. I do have a few questions about this.
1. Is one glass of this……raw juice worth up to a full serving a day? Im curious if i need to drink 3-4 glasses of this….lovely juice to get a full serving.
2. can you put this in the refrigerator? Just a example, bananna’s become spoil if frigerated(sp). I know bananna’s wasnt used but still wondering
Ive started lokking in to the diet after hearing that Grant Hill and Steve Nash are on it. I love to play basketball and the longer i can do it the longer ill stay happy but i have some questions. If you dont chew food what happens then? seems like most recepies are juices. feels kind of unnatural just to drink food. Cant be good for your gums or digestive system right?

Remember, even Fruit and Veg Juices have FIBER ! when you make a juice pour it in a glass jar and hold it up to the Light, you will see Millions of tiny particles of FIBER floating around
When People say there is No Fiber in Fresh Raw Juices thats not true, Obviously there is not as much as in eating the whole Item, but even when Juicing you are still getting Fiber ! its so easy to get tons of fiber in the Raw Vegan diet
Fruits and vegetables are the best fiber!
just started watching your vids….excellent!!! but i have a question id love for you to reply please.ive been veggie all my life,36 years. most of what i eat is based around starchy stuff,bread,wholemeal pasta ,rice and cooked veg. dont eat cakes eggs or milk/dairy. question; how do you get fiber in your diet? i dont eat enough fruit so i think im getting a joicer caus i love fruit juice!

Burdock is a root vegetable and is great for the kidneys and blood!
what were the ingredients for this?? i got…tomato…carrots..celery….cucumber…cilantro….and ….BIRDOK?? what’s birdok?? sorry im new to the vegetable world! thanks.
I only use cilantro in salads. I will juice some next time.
