I figured out a way for them not to be as sticky. First I added a couple of powdered ingredients, oatmeal and I also put the sunflower & pumpkin seeds in a grinder, to help the texture. Here is the great part, use a melon scooper to get them out then shape to perfection! This way your ENTIRE hand doesn’t get as messy
