Kasoori Gobhi (Dry-Fenugreek Cauliflower)
Recipe to make “Kasoori Gobhi (Dry-Fenugreek Cauliflower)”: Ingredients: 1. cauliflower – 2 medium flowers 2. vegetable or olive oil – 2 table spoons 3. salt – to taste 4. seasoning (garam masala) – 1/2 tea spoon 5. dry-crushed fenugreek leaves – 2 tea spoons 6. vinegar 7. coriander leaves (for garnish) – 2 stalks Steps: 1. cut 2 medium cauliflowers into small pieces 2. soak them in mixture of vinegar and salt-water, for 10 minutes 3. pour 2 table spoons vegetable or olive oil in a deep frying pan 4. heat it on medium flame for 1-2 minutes 5. add the cauliflower pieces 6. add salt to your taste (here, 2 tea spoons) and toss well 7. cover the pan, and allow the dish to cook for atleast 5 minutes 8. uncover, and add 2 tea spoons dry-crushed fenugreek leaves 9. sprinkle 1/2 tea spoon seasoning (garam masala) 10. again cover it for 30 seconds 11. sprinkle coriander leaves for garnish Rocking Guys!!!
