Nice, I really enjoyed the video. I will try to make this, my last effort at making jollof rice failed. I am a little hesitant to put raw curry powder. In Jamaica one is taught to always sautee the powder.

Whenever I make jollof rice I can’t get the ratio of rice and the stew right. Also can you make a video on how to make moi moi. I made moi moi for the first time and I think I get crayfish happy when I’m making it so the color is a little dark. I dont’ know when to stop.
