I had a fantastic morning – got to go to my favorite Physique Pump class by Chris. He sure turns muscles from firm to puddin’ to steel! The class is referred to as Pump Challenge simply because he goes beyond the Physique Pump curriculum and can make it even challenging – extended holds, further minutes on songs – the works. I’m going to feel it tomorrow!
