It is been a lazy – but active – Sunday for positive!!
I spent the morning learning this dance route by Nappy Tabs!! They’re renowned on So You Think You Can Dance and in honor of National Dance Day they choreographed a regimen for people all over to discover. I’ve carried out a great deal of jazz, but I haven’t performed any hip hop so this was truly fun to find out!!
When I very first started out out, I couldn’t retain up and was so lost since they’re teaching it mirror from you. But I stuck to it for about 30 minutes and I got it!! So much entertaining! I’m going to retain practicing!
Soon after acquiring all warmed up dancin’, I met my dance teacher Faith at the Monticello Trail for a hard run! We did 2ish miles up to Monticello – ALL UPHILL! I didn’t wear my Garmin so I do not know our speed, but we killed it!! Talking to. I was out of breath, but it was all good.
Back at residence I practiced my dance a bit far more and then dug into this nutritious lunch!
At my talks to the Slimdown class I told them all about sardines and how straightforward and healthful they are for you. I made the decision to practice what I preach and produced a sardine salad for lunch. It was in fact Trader Joe’s Smoked Herring (which is my preferred) plus carrot, pepper, tomato, mustard, mayo and salt + pepper. Served over garden greens with olive oil, honey and salt with pretzels on the side!!
Somebody came more than for a go to and went CRAZY for my herring!!
He was jumping up, sniffing – going crazy!! I caved and gave him a tiny taste on a silver spoon.

Following lunch, Matt and I went to check out an open property in Belmont. Did you know I’m house obsessed and have been because I was tiny? I love seeking at open houses, as my family utilized to go to them for entertainment when we had been at the beach.
This property was SO charming and entertaining, but only had 2 bedrooms. I hope we can get one particular sometime quickly!
A number of hours later – and almost certainly due to so considerably activity! (the bike ride a lengthy a single) I was finding extremely hungry again.
It seemed like a very good time to try Krissy’s Butterbeer Cupcakes!!
If Butterbeer have been poured into a cupcake, this would be it. It was fabulous!!
And to balance my carbs with some protein, a tiny bowl of plain yogurt on the side.
Tonight – it’s out to dinner once more. Karen invited us to restaurant week ages ago (just before we had such a busy schedule) so it’s now or never ever. This girl’s sticking to sparkling water tonight!
