@opt1musp There is no difference for your body to know if the chemical structure is identical. It is possible that an unnatural stereoisomer or enantiomer would be present though. Basically this comes down to a difference in what direction the substituents on the molecule are facing.

I have a question. You mention the presence of sugar alot, and quantify things in terms of ‘teaspoons,’ bring to ming white table sugar. I understand that sugars like glucose are simply carbon skeletons, and that there are endless variations of these sugars. I am just wondering if this sugar is the terrible refined white sugar or natural sugar found in fruits, and what the structural difference between these two things is.

The problem with the vitamins in vitamin water isn’t that they are synthetic. Synthetic vitamins have the same exact chemical structure as organic vitamins which means they are the same exact things. The problem is that some of the chemicals used in reactions to form synthetic vitamins may be getting into the finished product.

got a a question is gluten free bread ok to eat? I have it for breakfast with either eggs, goats feta cheese or tomatoes. I also have kefir (much better then yogurt is proiboitic with protein ceral (yep I know now it might not be good) and frozen berries, wheat grass and green tea or rooibos tea and some fruit
