Salad Skewers

The Salad Skewers on the Hyatt menu has been on my mind since last Friday! I was bummed that my kids didn’t order it so I could see what it looked like, but it wasn’t too difficult to imagine.  Instead, I decided we’d make our own and see what the kids thought of it.

If you follow me on Instagram, you might have seen some of my photos of the wonderful yogurt creations I got to sample – some savory, some sweet. If you are ever in the Soho area, you must stop in.
