How to cook Japanese Chicken bowl ”Oyakodon” 親子丼
Oyakodon is very popular Japanese food like beef bowl from Yoshinoya. This recepi is kinda cheat but it tastes good and much faster to make it. The key is Mentsuyu which is actually Soba noodle soup base.. It’s useful for this recipe. You can save your time for making dashi water if you have Mentsuyu on making Oyakodon.
